When giving the Skill Assessment probes from the Assessment Manual for targeted phonics skills, it says to time the student. Is this a requirement or just based off of each district's guidelines? Our district does not have guidelines for this. Do you have a sample of another district that is following Common Core that does have timed guidelines for accuracy?
