I am working with a group of 4th graders and am using Reciprocal teaching from PRESS. I'm struggling with assessing the students' comprehension skill that we are working on. Plus then seeing how they are comprehending on grade level passages. Any suggestions? PRESS has the assessment sheet, but I need some better instruction on the best way to use it effectively.
In our PRESS network group at Sourcewell (in Staples, MN) another question was asked about doing a pre or post test test in comprehension. What would be the best assessment to use?
