Hi Emily, I'm glad you brought this up! I also remember this conversation, but don't recall too many specifics. I believe I remember CAREI being referenced (website: https://www.cehd.umn.edu/carei/), but I'm hoping that other cohort members who were a part of this discussion can jump in and provide further information.

I attended a 2-day FastBridge training a couple of years ago and learned that FastBridge staff will work with your district to personalize the norms to your district once you have multiple years of data in the FastBridge system. I also think one of the schools talked about internally setting their benchmark higher than the default in FastBridge, but of course, I cannot remember which district that was.

Hello! My head is still swimming with information after last Thursday's Leaders Cohort, so forgive me if my question is unclear. I remember a discussion around FASTBridge Norms, and something about districts adjusting those norms? Can you help me remember and pass along any resources? Thanks!
