I am using the vocabulary framework to teach core content words in our ALC. Our attendance is not routine so we are doing 14 day cycle with day 15 as summative assessment. Because we are doing the cycle 'twice' should we be duplicating week 1? or is there a formula for extended periods of time? We are also using this process for deciding which vocabulary -- we are just starting as a program-- this is our Tier 1 process - we will teach one strategy for learning the vocab across core content areas and then will assess the process and then change strategies. -- still figuring it out and would love input.
