Does anyone have, or know of, a continuum of sorts that suggest appropriate age/grade levels for mastery of, or even when to teach,  basic to advanced PA, and then early Phonics.  I have the standards and the PAST has suggested age levels, but I was hoping for an actual reference type of chart.
